Innovation is a key focus at GeTech. We continuously invest in research and development to improve our technologies and expand our capabilities.

One of our current developments is an integrated solution for leak tightness testing, combining both hardware and software within our existing checking fixtures. This innovation is being developed as part of our GeTech Product Inspect (GPI) system.

In industries such as automotive and aerospace, tubes — including air conditioning lines, cooling tubes, and oil pipes — must be inspected for multiple parameters, such as geometry, leak tightness, and component completeness.

GeTech already designs and manufactures checking fixtures that are used worldwide to accurately verify the geometry of these components. Additionally, we have developed sensor-based solutions to confirm the presence and correct assembly of all parts.

Currently, leak testing is typically performed as a separate step in the production process and is managed by the tube manufacturer. Our aim is to integrate leak testing directly into the checking fixtures, combining multiple inspection steps into a single, efficient process. This approach reduces complexity, increases reliability, and helps prevent costly errors or product recalls.
